The plan

The plan is to provide 45 homes for 450 refugees. COA puts these homes into use. General residential areas and offices for staff will also be built. There will also be a playground and other outdoor space. This is being done in consultation with property developer Zwanenburg.

An initial residents’ meeting on the ROL was held in October 2022. Tt was agreed that the local authority would keep local residents informed through newsletters, for example:
