  On behalf of the 18 Frisian municipalities, the City of Leeuwarden held talks with Jeugdhulp Friesland and the Jeugdautoriteit (Youth Authority) in recent months to arrive at a Continuity Plan.

  We would like to know what you think of our Youth Services.

• Client support Social Support Act (Wmo) and Wmo and Youth Services

  Advice and support for assistance under the Wmo or Youth Services or with your complaint or objection.

• Personal budget (PGB) Youth

  A sum of money you can use to buy support yourself.

• Local Youth Services policy

  The rules in the City of Leeuwarden for Youth Services.

• Extra financial assistance for matters such as sports lessons or your child’s birthday

  A contribution to school excursions, school supplies, subscriptions, etc.

• Reporting changes to Youth Services

  Ending help, moving, change of care provider or representative.

• Reporting the abuse of a social assistance benefit or care

  Submit an (anonymous) report if you suspect that someone is abusing social assistance benefits or care (PGB, Wmo, Youth Care).
