Client experience survey Youth Services
You or your child or foster child have applied for Youth Services from the City of Leeuwarden. The local authority is responsible for Youth Services and is keen to ensure that you or your child or foster child are given the help they need.
We would like to know what you think of the assistance
This is what survey firm MAGIS is going to look into for us. They will be doing this at 3 times:
- One month after the 1st interview with the Youth Services Counsellor. These questions are about the contact and conversation you had.
- About 4 months after the Youth Services start. These questions are about the quality of Youth Services.
- About 10 months after the Youth Services start. These questions are about the impact of Youth Services.
Your personal data and answers will be treated securely and confidentially
We as a local authority do not see which answers you have filled in. We only see the total of all answers. MAGIS stores your personal data in a secure environment that complies with privacy regulations.
