Disadvantage compensation

Download the application form disadvantage compensation and fill in. Send the form to the City of Leeuwarden. You can also hand it in at the Town Hall.

You can apply for disadvantage compensation if, for example:

• One road is closed, for an extra long period of time.
• An underground car park is being built.

Have you previously received compensation for the disadvantage in any other way, for example an insurance payment or landlord’s contribution? The municipality will then settle these amounts in the calculation of your disadvantage compensation.

This can take one year.

€ 300.00 This amount will be refunded if the local authority rules in your favour.
