Permit
Check the environment plan
An environment plan (opens in new tab) states whether a ditch, watercourse, road or area is culturally valuable. This can be indicated in several ways. There may be a ‘double destination – Cultural History Value’. Or the rules for a destination may state that the landscape is protected, or there may be an ‘area of operation’ with which the landscape is protected. In these situations, you may not change the landscape. In some cases, an exception is made. Apply for an environment permit (opens in new tab).

Protected animal and plant species
