Check the environment plan

A environment plan states whether a ditch, watercourse, road or area is culturally valuable. This can be indicated in several ways. There may be a ‘double destination – Cultural History Value’. Or the rules for a destination state that the landscape is protected, or there is an ‘area of ​​operation’ with which the landscape is protected. In these situations you are not allowed to change the landscape. In some cases, an exception is made. Apply for an environment permit.
