Environment (notification or permit)

Environmental regulations apply to your plans. The regulations are contained in the Living Environment Activities Decree and in the Leeuwarden Environmental Plan.

Check via the permit check whether you need to apply for an environmental permit (environmental activity), or file a report. You must submit a permit application via the Environment Desk.

Customized measures

With Customized Measures you know which rules apply to you and what you can do to adhere to those rules. You must always comply with these rules. Even if you do not need a permit or notification. You will receive an overview of, for example, which measures you need to take, how often and in what order. You can use the overview as a checklist.
