Newbuild plan ‘Oer de Barten 2’ in Warten
Located on the western side of Warten, Zwanenburg Projecten B.V. is developing a new residential area in cooperation with the City of Leeuwarden: Oer de Barten 2. Preparations are in full swing.
What is being built
The plan consists of 32 owner-occupied homes, with a varied housing offer:
- 10 detached houses with access to open waterways.
- 14 semi-detached houses with access to open waterways.
- 8 terraced houses, including 4 corner houses.
Some houses are situated along waterways that connect to the Wartenster Wild. All the homes are being developed and sold by Zwanenburg Projecten B.V.
