Are you unwilling or unable to report online?

Write a letter and send it or hand it in at the Town Hall. Mention the following in your letter:

  • Subject ‘Reuse of Government Information Act’.
  • Which public information you want to reuse.
  • Your name, address and place of residence.
  • If you wish, your email address and telephone number. We use this if we have more questions about your request.

Requests via e-mail are not allowed

Applications sent by email are not accepted.

When will I receive the information?

Within 4 weeks after we have received your request. The 4-week period can be postponed once by a maximum of 2 weeks.

Exceptions

For example, if we need more information from you or someone else to process your request.

Charges

  • Free for less than 6 copies.
  • €4.50 for 6 to 13 copies.
  • €0.35 per copy for 14 or more copies.
