Request to reuse government information
Do you want to request documents that are not yet public and edit this data for your own use? Then submit a ‘Request for reuse of government information’.
Are you unwilling or unable to report online?
Write a letter and send it or hand it in at the Town Hall. Mention the following in your letter:
- Subject ‘Reuse of Government Information Act’.
- Which public information you want to reuse.
- Your name, address and place of residence.
- If you wish, your email address and telephone number. We use this if we have more questions about your request.
Requests via e-mail are not allowed
Applications sent by email are not accepted.
When will I receive the information?
Within 4 weeks after we have received your request. The 4-week period can be postponed once by a maximum of 2 weeks.
Exceptions
For example, if we need more information from you or someone else to process your request.
Charges
