The DPO is an independent, internal advisor and regulator that monitors our compliance with privacy rules.

You can contact the DPO by:

Complaints

If you want to submit a complaint concerning the processing of your personal data,

contact the DPO by completing 1 of the forms below via DigiD:

You can also send the DPO an email or a letter. In some cases, we may first need to verify your identity before we can look into your complaint. This means you will need to prove your identity. If necessary, we will ask you to complete the GDPR or Wpg form via DigiD.

Contact with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP)

You can also send a tip or complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (opens in new tab). The AP is the external regulator responsible for improving and monitoring the protection of personal data in the Netherlands. The AP will always ask you to first contact us or our DPO.
