• The small game of chance is organized by a Dutch association or foundation that has existed for at least three years.
• The association has a clearly defined purpose. This purpose is not the organization of games of chance.
• The small game of chance that is organized serves a general interest.
• Are there prizes to be won? Then this may not exceed €400 per game round/series or set.
• The combined value of the prizes does not exceed € 1.550,- per meeting.

Organising bingo is not permitted in a hospitality venue

This is a venue stated on the granted alcohol license.
