Kuperus plans to use or designate the land for the purpose of providing access to the homes to be developed.

The City of Leeuwarden wants to provide access to these future homes. The local authority plans to sell the plots of land in that context to developer Friso Kuperus. The local authority would not sell these lands if such a development was not taking place.

For the above reasons, the local authority hereby announces that it considers the named party the only serious candidate to sell the said land to.

If you have objections to the (intended) sale, you must file a petition for preliminary relief with the interim relief judge of the District Court of the Northern Netherlands by 2 May 2024 at the latest.
