- Written request:
- Complete the following form and send it to the City of Leeuwarden, or hand it in at the Town Hall:

- If you request information in writing, you will need to compile your own soil data report.
2023 charges
Having the local authority look up property information costs € 49.11 per report/address. This includes administration fees.
