Organising a rally or demonstration

Then you can notify us in 2 ways.

• Send an email to vergunningen@leeuwarden.nl.
• Write a letter. Send it to the City of Leeuwarden. You can also take it to the Town Hall.

What should the email or letter contain?

To hold a rally, demonstration, or event, we need some information from you. The document rallies and demonstrations sets out what information.

We will talk to you and any emergency services about how to make the demonstration run as smoothly and calmly as possible.

Registering a rally or demonstration is free of charge.
