Client experience survey Youth Services
You or your child or foster child have applied for Youth Services from the City of Leeuwarden. The local authority is responsible for Youth Services and is keen to ensure that you or your child or foster child are given the help they need.
We would like to know what you think of the assistance
Survey firm MAGIS is looking into this for us. It will be doing this at 2 times:
- Approximately 6 weeks after the first interview with the Youth Services Counsellor. The questions will mainly relate to the interview with you.
- Approximately 6 months after the first interview with the Youth Services Counsellor. The questions will concern the quality and effectiveness of Youth Services.
Your personal data and answers will be treated securely and confidentially
We as a local authority do not see which answers you have filled in. MAGIS stores your personal data in a secure environment that complies with privacy regulations.
