Do you need help with or do you have questions about an unclear letter, a surcharge or information about your benefit? In that case, go to the Meedenkpunt (help centre) at the Town Hall. You can drop by without an appointment from Monday to Friday between 1 pm and 5 pm.

To apply for a passport, ID card or driving licence, you can drop by without an appointment at certain times. We call this the free walk-in. Accessibility for people with a disability
The Town Hall is easily accessible from the Oldehoofsterkerkhof side for people with a disability. The entrance on the Nieuwestad side can only be accessed by stairs.
