AV Frieso Compleet (Group health insurance)

What you need to know
The collective health insurance AV Frieso Compleet consists of a basic insurance policy and supplementary insurance. Do you already have basic insurance with De Friesland? In that case, you can switch to AV Frieso Compleet at any time.
Currently insured with another health insurer?
You can switch to the AV Frieso Compleet group health insurance at the end of the year. Do this before 1 January. You will then be insured via Frieso Compleet from 1 January.
Premium and excess 2025/2026
2026
- In that case, the total monthly contribution is €187.74.
- The basic insurance is €159.25 per month.
- The supplementary insurance is €28.49 per month (AV Frieso Compleet).
- The excess is €385.
2025
- In that case, the total monthly contribution is €188.55.
- The basic insurance is €156.25 per month.
- The supplementary insurance is €32.30 per month (AV Frieso Compleet).
- The excess is €385.

You can easily check your entitlement to care allowance via the De VoorzieningenWijzer website. This may reduce the amount for you.
Are you entitled to the insurance?
The insurance is available to Leeuwarden residents with a low income and few savings. The local authority looks at your savings and how much you earn. Are you in arrears in relation to your health insurance? Or are you registered as a non-payer with the CAK? In that case, you cannot use AV Frieso Compleet.
