Organising a rally or demonstration

Then you can notify us in 2 ways.

Send an email to vergunningen@leeuwarden.nl.
Write a letter. Send it to the City of Leeuwarden. You can also take it to the Town Hall.

To hold a rally, demonstration, or event, we need some information from you. This can be found in the document “Template for a rally, demonstration or event”.

We will talk to you and any emergency services about how to make the demonstration run as smoothly and calmly as possible.

Registering a rally or demonstration is free of charge.
