Database for local entrepreneurs (DALO)

You can register digitally via the registration form.

Your company or organisation should:

• be located in the City of Leeuwarden;
• be registered in the Chamber of Commerce;
• provide a product or service that is permitted by law.

If the City of Leeuwarden plans to conduct a private tender. It then checks the DALO to see if there is a suitable entrepreneur in its own district.

A private tender means the local authority decides how many and which entrepreneurs to ask for bids. This is allowed for contracts up to a certain amount.
