When will I receive the payment in my bank account?

That differs between banks. You can expect your benefit to be credited on the payment date given above. Bear in mind that the bank needs time to credit the benefit to your account.

Has my benefit already been paid?

First get in touch with your bank. They will be able to check this for you. Do you still want to ask the local authority if your benefit has been transferred? Please contact us 1 working day after payday. We cannot check this for you earlier.

When will I receive my benefit statement?

You will receive the benefit statement the day after the payment of the benefit. Do you have any questions about the amount you have received from us? If so, check your benefit statement first.
