Housing supply and availability

The plan includes a total of 58 owner-occupied houses. The plan includes affordable housing but also more expensive homes. The supply includes detached houses, semi-detached houses, terraced and end-terraced houses and back-to-back homes. Life-course options have also been taken into account with these houses. The plan is water-rich and many of the detached and semi-detached houses are located on waterways. All homes in the plan are being developed and sold by Harns Invest Ontwikkeling III B.V. Visit the Harms Invest website for more information.

Zoning plan and image quality plan

The draft zoning plan with visual quality plan was available for inspection from Thursday, 21 December 2023 to Thursday, 1 February 2024. The plan has been partially amended based on the responses. On June 3, 2025, the City executive decided to submit the amended zoning plan to the city council for a decision.

Are you submitting a response? If so, you are invited to speak at the informative meeting of the city council. Other interested parties are advised to keep an eye on the city council’s agenda for the when the matter is being heard.

Planning

The zoning plan is expected to be adopted by mid-2025. The adopted zoning plan is open to appeal. The plan will be made ready for construction after the zoning plan is definitively adopted. After that, the houses will be sold and built.
