Greening of the UG Campus

During a walk-in evening on February 5, 2024, a video ‘Greening the RUG Fair’ and an initial design of what the space at the RUG Campus could look like were shown.

Before drafting the design for the RUG Campus, the local authority commissioned historical research into the quay wall and railing of the Willemskade. This included consideration of the historical values. The study can be found in the document Historical research Willemskade Leeuwarden.
