Blank list

In the municipal elections, 1 list of candidates is participating without a registered party name. This is called a blank list. This list skips registration. The ballot paper will only have a list number above the names of the candidates.

Investigation of lists of candidates

On Tuesday 3 February 2026 at 4 pm, the central electoral committee (CSB) investigated the lists of candidates. If any omissions (missing documents) were found, this was directly communicated to the party. These missing documents could be handed in on Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 February 2026 between 9 am and 5 pm.

On Friday 6 February at 5 pm, the central electoral committee decided on the validity of the lists of candidates. After that, the lists were given a number.

Valid lists of candidates

The central electoral committee declared the following lists of candidates valid. The numbering is as follows:

Appeal

Stakeholders can appeal the decisions of the central electoral committee on the validity of the lists of candidates with the Council of State until Tuesday 10 February. The Council of State will pronounce its decision on Monday 16 February at the latest. After that, the lists of candidates will have been irrevocably determined.
