Downloading bank statements

The steps to download online bank statements differ between banks. The instructions for each bank are given below. Do you have an account with an unlisted bank or having difficulty? If so, contact your bank’s customer service department.

ABN AMRO

1. Log in to ABN AMRO Internet banking.
2. Click ‘Zelf regelen’ (self-service) in your personal menu.
3. Click on ‘Overzichten en afschriften’ (Statements and bank statements) and then ‘rekeningafschriften downloaden’ (download account statements).
4. Choose whose bank statement you want to download (this is your own name; you can also select your partner in the case of a joint account).
5. Select the account: savings account (spaarrekening) or current account (betaalrekening).
6. Under type, choose ‘rekeningafschrift’ (account statement).
7. Tick the months you want to download and click on ‘selectie downloaden’ (download selection).
9. The statements are automatically saved in the downloads folder.
10. If you download several statements at once, they will be saved as a zip file; you will have to unzip this file yourself.

ING

1. Log in to Mijn ING and click on ‘Service’.
2. Under ‘Je downloads & Overzichten’ (Your downloads & statements), click on ‘Af- en bijschrijvingen downloaden’ (Download debits and credits).
3. Select the correct account number.
4. Select the period.
5. Choose file format PDF.
6. Click ‘Downloaden naar bestanden’ (Download to files). The PDF will be saved automatically.

Rabobank

1. Log in to Rabobank Internetbankieren.
2. Select the account.
3. Click on ‘Download transacties en afschrift’ (Download transactions and bank statement) to the right of the menu.
4. Click the period to down load the bank statement for that period.
5. Open the PDF and choose save or print.

SNS Bank

1. Log in to SNS Internetbankieren.
2. Go to ‘Bekijk bij- en afschrijvingen’ (view credits and debits).
3. Select the period.
4. Select ‘Print pdf’.
5. Select ‘Openen’ (open).

ASN

1. Log in to ASN
2. Go to ‘Zelf regelen’ (self-service) and then ‘Rekeningen’ (accounts).
3. Select ‘Bij- en afschrijvingen downloaden’ (download credits and debits).
3. Select the period.
4. Click ‘download’.
5. Save the PDF file.

Triodos

1. Log in to Internet Bankieren.
2. Go to ‘Zelf regelen’ (self-service).
3. Select ‘Download’.
4. Select ‘Rekeningafschriften’ (account statements).
5. Download your bank statements as a pdf file.

BUNQ

1. In the app, go to Rekeningen (Accounts) and select the account you want the statement for.
2. Click on ‘instellingen’ (settings) at the top right.
3. Scroll down and select ‘exporteer rekeningoverzicht’ (export account statement).
4. In this screen, select the period for which you want statements.
5. Under format, select PDF.
6. Click the ‘exporteer overzicht’ (export overview) arrow on Android or ‘exporteer’ (export) on IOS.
7. You can email the statements to yourself and print or download them.

Regiobank

1. Log in to Mijn RegioBank.
2. Go to ‘Zelf regelen’ (self-service).
3. Go to ‘Rekeningen’ (accounts).
4. Go to download transactions.
5. Select the account(s) for which you want to download statements.
6. Indicate the period concerned.
7. Then click for file format ‘PDF’ and click ‘downloaden’ (download).
8. You can now choose to print or save the PDF.

KNAB

1. Log in to KNAB.
2. Select the account for which you want to download statements.
2. Click on the tab ‘Afschriften’ (statements).
3. Select the year and month.
4. The statement is automatically saved in the downloads folder.

PayPal

1. Log in to PayPal.
2. Go to activities.
3. Click on the download icon (down arrow).
4. Click on ‘aangepast’ (modified).
5. Click on ‘betalingen’ (payments).
6. Click on ‘overzichten-maandelijks en aangepast’ (statements monthly and modified).
7. Under history, select the requested months under PDF (retrieve).
8. Wait for the application to complete and click ‘downloaden’ (download).
9. The statement is automatically saved in the downloads folder.
